Madame Tussauds is coming to Singapore

Fancy having your photos taken with Jackie Chan, Barrack Obama or Michael Jackson? From 25th October onward, you do not have to queue for hours at autograph sessions or fly to some far-flung country. The reason: MADAME TUSSAUD'S Wax Museum will be opening in Singapore!

This attraction will be located beside Images of Singapore at Imbiah Lookout, Sentosa. It can be accessed by going up a series of escalators from Imbiah station of Sentosa Express or directly from Singapore Cable Car. Once the new cable car opens, guests will have a direct connection from the Sentosa Express to Madame Tussauds and the rest of Imbiah Lookout.

There will be several themed areas with famous characters from music, sport, film, history and much more. However, the highlight of the Singapore edition will no doubt be the boat ride, Spirit of Singapore. Inside this scenic attraction, you will be marveled as plants come to life and the opera plays. Guests will also catch sight of Singapore icons like the F1 race and  Changi Airport. This is the first Madame Tussauds to feature a boat ride.

Another highlight is the behind the scenes section, which reveals the secrets of how these wax figures are made. You will also discover the history of this attraction and its namesake, Madame Tussauds herself.
